Job Purpose

  • To provide an efficient and effective front desk administrative and clerical duty to the Unit with regards to customer services.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Provides a reception service for the Unit.
  • Responding to general and housing enquires at front desk and directing them to appropriate staff.
  • Submitting a monthly summary report to the supervisor.
  • Receiving incoming/ outgoing mail and directing it to the appropriate staff member.
  • Collecting and distribution of documents for signatures.
  • Booking and monitoring of the boardroom.
  • Ensuring that provisions are made as per the booking requirements such as tea, additional chairs, or any other special requests.

Essential Requirements
