TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Junior Salesman (Parts) within the Trade Division at Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal.
Job Summary
- This role involves supporting the sales manager with daily operations, including administration, preparing quotations and invoices, and assisting with stock control.
- The Junior Salesman is also responsible for ensuring customer care and satisfaction through effective service and support.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the manager in supervision of all the activities and services
- General administration
- Generate quotations to clients
- Generate invoices to clients
- Customer care and satisfaction
- Assist with stock taking and stock control
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Valid drivers’ license
- Experience in agricultural parts sales
- Must be a dynamic and self-motivated individual
- Sound knowledge of parts sales
- Be professional
- Be passionate about sales
- Have customer service expertise
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound product knowledge and selling skills
