Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Commerce or Administration
  • 5 years’ experience in administration
  • Advanced computer competency
  • Multilingualism
  • Communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and financial skills
  • A valid driver’s license

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the Department by executing effective administrative and clerical tasks
  • Render compliance administrative support functions in operational process to ensure effective administrative and clerical support is being rendered to the Department
  • Render compliance support functions in governance and risk management to ensure that completed work adhere to governance and legislative requirements
  • Continuous development of office skills to ensure financial administration requirements are complied with
