Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4, Tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Business English: Fluent
  • Computer literacy (Intermediate)
  • Experience in working with senior management
  • Experience in a Production environment

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform & monitor a variety of administrative and related tasks
  • Perform general office duties and administration as may be required
  • Maintain and update filing/data/records/systems, etc. (Production files, MPC report, run time reports, Losses tracking file)
  • Handle documentation (Audits, traceability exercises & RCA’s)
  • Knowledge of Flow program and transferring of information to be used in loss investigations and plant optimisation
  • Communicate with department employees where required – Time and Attendance recording & tracking
  • Supporting Production with OPL’s and basic SOP’s and completing competency assessment
  • Updating of Training matrixes for the department
  • Support with Fixed Cost, Variable Cost & Stock Management
  • Relieve colleagues where necessary
  • Assist with general departmental needs
  • Support with ad-hoc requests
  • Assist with leave application capturing for departments
  • Visitor arrangements including protective clothing management,
  • Arrangements and kitting before entering the factory
  • Prepare presentations
