Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4, Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Business English: Fluent
- Computer literacy (Intermediate)
- Experience in working with senior management

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform & monitor a variety of administrative and related tasks
- Perform general office duties and administration as may be required
- Maintain and update filing/data/records/systems, etc. (Production files, MPC report, run time reports, Losses tracking file)
- Handle documentation (Audits, traceability exercises & RCA’s)
- Knowledge of Flow program and transferring of information to be used in loss investigations and plant optimisation
- Communicate with department employees where required – Time and Attendance recording & tracking
- Supporting Production with OPL’s and basic SOP’s and completing competency assessment
- Updating of Training matrixes for the department
- Support with Fixed Cost, Variable Cost & Stock Management
- Relieve colleagues where necessary
- Assist with general departmental needs
- Support with ad-hoc requests
- Assist with leave application capturing for departments
- Visitor arrangements including protective clothing management,
- Arrangements and kitting before entering the factory
- Prepare presentations
