Job Purpose
- To manage the administration division of the department in order to provide effective, efficient and sustainable financial as well as administrative support functions.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Attends to incoming correspondence and filing system.
- Undertakes typing / administrative service for the Manager Support Services.
- Maintains personal records of employees.
- Undertakes other general administrative duties.
- Controls and monitors departmental asset registers.
- Manages, plans, leads, organise and directs line functional Human Capital functions.

Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- 3 Years relevant experience.
- Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative certificate.
- 4 Years relevant experience.
