Job Purpose

  • To manage the administration division of the department in order to provide effective, efficient and sustainable financial as well as administrative support functions.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Attends to incoming correspondence and filing system.
  • Undertakes typing / administrative service for the Manager Support Services.
  • Maintains personal records of employees.
  • Undertakes other general administrative duties.
  • Controls and monitors departmental asset registers.
  • Manages, plans, leads, organise and directs line functional Human Capital functions.

Essential Requirements

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative certificate.
  • 4 Years relevant experience.
