Job Description
- In this role you are responsible for managing the administration processes and procedures and continual improvement thereof within the marketing department.
- To ensure company administration control systems are implemented and adhered to in order to facilitate providing accurate financials to Group Finance.
- Manage administration process and procedures
- Manage month end process
- Monitoring of internal controls
- Reporting and analysis of business efficiency
- Budget preparation and co-ordination
- SHEQ Responsibilities
Skills, Experience & Education
- Minimum of a 3-Year National Diploma (NQF6) in Accounting / Business Accounting
- 3 years in Operations/ Administration in FMCG environment would be advantageous
- MS Office proficient, Advanced Excel
- SAP knowledge advantageous
