- The Customer Liaison Officer at MAN Financial Services (South Africa) (RF) (PTY) LTD serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring effective communication, prompt resolution of queries, and delivery of excellent customer service.
Description
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Provide accurate information on financial products and services
- Liaise between customers and internal departments to resolve issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Support onboarding of the customer
- Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed
- Assist Area Manager or Key Accounts Manager with the preparation of deals to be submitted to credit.
- Finalize contract and security drafting and submission for payout
Requirements
