  • We have amazing opportunities for a Projects Coordinator to be based in Durban, KwaZulu – Natal. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the COO. This will include maintaining the COO’s schedule, coordination with internal and external parties, provide logistical and travel support and project management on adhoc projects. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for facilitating the communication and liaison between the COO’s teams, departments and relevant stakeholders.

You Bring:

  • Matric
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 2-3 Years Report writing
  • Proven admin/assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

Admin

  • Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for the COO, schedule meetings upon requests, proactively communicate changes and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts.
  • Receive and make calls on behalf of COO with regards to scheduled meetings and other tasks.
  • Create all meeting Agenda’s and minute down meetings for COO.
  • Arrange the logistical and substantive preparation of meetings/events including the booking of flights, car hire and accommodation on behalf of COO and relevant parties.
  • Fetch clients from reception and lead them to the scheduled meetings.
  • Ensure the Boardroom or conference venues are booked once requested by COO.
  • Monitor and request stock as required.
  • Any other general office admin duties that may be required

Project Management

  • Provide special project leadership and support as needed
  • Provide Project management on adhoc projects such as HUTS room design, plants, office maintenance, yearbook etc
  • Conduct Customer Service Surveys and investigations across various business units on request by the COO such as Quality Assurance, IT Helpdesk, BunnyBar etc
  • Ensure deadlines and relevant outcomes are met

Reporting

  • Responsible for QA reporting and Calibration reporting
  • Report on projects as required
  • Report on research conducted on variety of topics upon request by COO
  • Daily, weekly, monthly reports
