Rewardsco is a South African business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in customer experience (CX) and sales.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our BPO and sales delivery teams in the Outbound Telco space. You’ll be responsible for delivering revenue growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring outstanding client service – all while leading and developing a high-performance team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead operational strategy to meet and exceed campaign goals and SLAs
  • Drive sales performance with clear KPIs, coaching, and incentives
  • Build strong client relationships through regular reporting and engagement
  • Optimize processes, adopt digital tools, and improve productivity
  • Lead, inspire, and develop operational teams for long-term success
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements

Requirements

  • A Minimum 5 years experience in sales operations or campaign management, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans; advanced reporting and analytical capability
  • Experience in cost optimization, budgeting, and profitability tracking
  • Proven track record managing large, multi-layered sales operations teams
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tool, with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Strong understanding of BPO operations, sales conversion levers, and contact centre dynamics
  • Performance Management Expertise
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, both internally and externally
  • Clear criminal record
