- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Business English: Fluent

Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and control stock
- Report on all stock related issues
- Monitor and verify all stock related transactions
- Coordinate all stock movements (receiving, dispatching andstock on hand)
- Adhere to stock functions in accordance with the RH instruction
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial stock counts
Monitor and control returnable stock functions
- Ensure all returnable counts are accurate and captured
- Report and balance all stock received, stock returned
- Monitor and reconcile all returnable stock to suppliers
- Capture and ensure transactions on systems
- Report on any losses
Perform administrative duties
- Ensure data/transactions are properly recorded and entered into the Clover accounting system
- Perform administrative functions
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks/requests
